Special Recognition and Awards:   “Sportsmen of the Year” for 2009 went to Gene Robards for his dedication and commitment as chairman of the Game Feed for the past 3 or 4 years.  “Special Recognition” awards went to Don Rasmussen for his long time outdoor volunteer work and to Shannon and John Monaco for the many teamed-up years of hats and / or card raffle ticket sales.  Ron Poppe was awarded a plaque from the local WDFW employees for all of the work he has done G.P.S.ing all of the springs, guzzlers and feeders in the Chelan and Colockum wildlife areas.  He was also given a “Special Service” award for the G.P.S. work he has done and the many hours spent filling out the A.L.E.A. Grant application.

A Special Thank You

            To All Members:

I, and all members on the committee would like to thank all of you for a great 2009 Game Feed.  We continue to add new members and business donors.  The prizes that were donated were incredible, as well as the fellowship amongst all of us.

I ask you to please remember our sponsors and stop and tell them how much you appreciate their willingness to donate to our cause.  Remember, if you are in need of the services they provide, please utilize those who support us.

I especially want to take this time to thank all of the volunteers that make this event a success year after year.  Super job!

Sincerely,

Ron Bruno, President  (884-9369)
